Neue Staffel, neues Glück! - Neben den Spekulationen über T'Pols neues Outfit gab es den Sommer über auch jede Menge Gerüchte über ein neues Intro für die fünfte TREK-Serie. - Da nun heute Abend im Amerika die Season-Premiere "The Xindi" ausgestrahlt werden wird (eine ausführliche Episoden-Kritik werdet ihr morgen im Laufe des Tages hier bei TREKNews lesen können), kann die Katze aus dem Sack gelassen werden:

Es gibt ein neues Intro! Jedenfalls was die musikalische Untermalung angeht. Die Bilder sind noch immer dieselben, wie bei den ersten beisen Seasons und das Titellied ist auch weiterhin "Where My Heart Will Take Me" von Russell Watson, jedoch hat man an diesem etwas herumgearbeitet und - ähnlich wie bei der vierten Season von Deep Space Nine - die Musik ein wenig abgewandelt.
